1. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days, including production time. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
2. Which shipping carriers do you use?
- For customers in England, we ship via Evri.
- For customers in the USA, we ship via USPS.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We cannot modify or cancel orders once they are processed. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry! Please email us at support@vibex.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
7. What materials do you use for your products?
- Phone Cases: Durable TPU or hard plastic depending on model.
- Water Bottles: Stainless steel or BPA-free plastic (product page specifies material).
- Apparel: 100% cotton or cotton-poly blends (check individual product details).
8. Can I request a custom design?
Currently, we only offer designs listed on our site. Custom requests may be available in the future!
